- Review the significant FNMI symbols
or totems we discussed.
- Remember, a symbol is “A letter,
figure, or other character or mark or a combination of letters or the like used
to stand for something else.”
- Use your class notes, Social Studies background
knowledge, etc for this project.
- Choose at least 5 symbols (food, animals, dwellings, etc) and design
your own FNMI Google Doodle (use the symbols to creatively “spell out” the word
Google)
- Use white paper + colour
- Explain your drawing in 5-10
sentences.
- Challenge: Create your Google Doodle in traditional West-Coast style.
