Fill Your Plate (With Info)

Learning target: We are learning to understand the medical, emotional, practical, and societal factors that influence eating habits and food choice, apply recognition of internal hunger and thirst cues, explain how healthy eating and active living work together to improve a person’s general health and well-being, and develop personal guidelines for healthier eating. Fill your "plate" graphic organizer with info from the websites (or printouts) below. This will be used to develop your ABC guidelines to healthy eating.
